Region Operations Manager
- Manages business operations across 12 central states and has worked with Intermountain for 35 years
- In the pavement preservation industry since 1983 and considered an industry expert with knowledge across all aspects of pavement preservation
- Member and former president of International Slurry Surfacing Association (ISSA)
- Member, Associated General Contractors of Utah and Texas, and Pavement Preservation Expert Task Group (FHWA)
Josh Bowen
Area Manager, CA, NV, OR, WA
- Responsible for Intermountain’s operations in Nevada, Texas, and nearby states
- In the pavement preservation industry since 2010 specializing in Micro-surfacing and Slurry Seal applications
- Project Manager on Glacier National Park Preservation project which received the ISSA 2021 President’s Award for Excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Boise State University
Shawn Fielding
Area Manager, UT
- Responsible for Intermountain’s operations for Utah and nearby states
- In the pavement preservation industry since 1992, with a wide variety of experience in all applications
- Started with Intermountain as a laborer, then advanced to machine operator, crew foreman, project manager, estimator, construction manager, and now area manager
- Track record of partnering effectively with all project stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within spec, and with a high standard for quality

Region HR Manager
- Leads Human Resources for Intermountain Slurry Seal
- An HR professional since 2002 with practice in a variety of industries
- Experienced in the areas of recruiting, leadership, organizational development, team building, and talent management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Utah, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Webster University

- Responsible for Intermountain’s equipment fleet.
- In the construction industry since 1982 with more than 7 years of experience in pavement preservation
- Member of Heavy Construction Equipment Management Professionals
Kevin Harris
Business Development Manager, TX
- Leads business development efforts with current and prospective clients in the central region, emphasizing training, education, and quality
- In the pavement preservation industry since 2011
- 30-year career with the Texas Dept. of Transportation
- Registered professional engineer in Texas
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas
